A goods carrier with variable work
If you plan to buy a goods carrier, separate the days you expect to work from the days the vehicle may stand idle. Explain the rate for each trip and whether return trips earn anything. Include driver or owner-driver arrangements, fuel or charging, maintenance and insurance. A busy-season estimate alone can overstate the year.
