Is Bar Council registration part of every DSC application?
IP India includes a Bar Council document option for professional registration. This is separate from the issuing authority's identity checklist. Confirm the evidence for your role.
Can I use my existing DSC?
Check its validity, applicant identity, token and current IP India signing setup. A certificate that works on another portal still needs a compatibility check.
Can I register through eSign instead?
IP India publishes separate eSign registration steps. Confirm the route for your account and transaction before buying a USB-token certificate.
Does the quote include IP India account setup?
Ask for account registration, certificate updates and installation tasks to be listed in the quote. Certificate supply and trademark filing have separate scopes.
Does this service include trademark registration?
Trademark search, filing, government fees and legal representation need their own scope. Request a separate trademark service quote.
